DocAve Auditor for SharePointThe DocAve Auditor allows SharePoint administrators and managers to track and record all SharePoint interactions, including usage, search, and security changes, and gain important intelligence from this information.

DocAve Auditor stores all SharePoint interactions and associated information in database format for easy retrieval and reporting. Data can be sorted and viewed by location, time, action, or attribute. Data can also be exported to a myriad of file-types ?? including CSV and XML ?? for further analysis.


Key Features of DocAve Auditor Include:

  • Enable/disable auditing from the entire portal-level, site-level, even down to the specific user- or specific item-level.
  • Record and track all user interactions in SharePoint and view data or pull reports by numerous attributes such as Time Viewed, Modified, Deleted, Added, Renamed, User, Workflow, etc.
  • Record and track all security, schema and profile changes (not for WSS V2/SPS 2003).
  • Audit SharePoint search, including queries and results (not for WSS V2/SPS 2003).
  • Track SharePoint actions by individual employee or user or by item.
  • Automated data pruning options?? prune audit data by a set schedule, for a time range, and even for selected locations, users, or action types.
