Features:

Performance Map
The Performance Map provides you with an overview of how well your search engine is meeting the needs of its users. It rates the performance of your site on the number of searches returning results and the number of sessions in which the user made at least one result link selection.

Compare Performance Maps
This page allows you to compare two different performance maps. The data can come from two different search scopes or from two completely different sites. Use it to see how your site is performing in different areas.

Most Recent Sessions
The Most Recent Sessions page lists sessions by IP number or (when available) domain name of the searchers. You can define how many entries you would like to see at a time. Each session is clickable, so you can see a detailed search behavior image of each session.

Related Terms
BehaviorTracking not only learns from previous users, it also analyzes and correlates
users' behavior. This is for example done in the Term Details feature. All search terms listed in the Top Search Terms, Top Not Found Terms and more, are clickable links. When selected you get an analysis of all activities related to the specific term.

Top Search Terms
The Top Search Terms menu provides an insight to visitors' interests, by listing the most popular search terms. By default you will see the search trends from the last fortnight, and from the last 90 days. The date spans displayed are easily changed in User Settings.

Top Not Found
Often users search for words, products or terms that don't exist on a site. The reasons
are many, sometimes misspellings or typos are so un-transparent that they don't get picked up from the phonetics feature, and sometimes people have misconceptions as to what content is on a site.

Session Details
BehaviorTracking offers data from many different perspectives, including your personal view of the accumulated search data. Whether you are interested in specific activity, usage of new campaign terms (even country specific usage can be determined), searches made by business groups and much more.

Top Not Clicked
Why is it valuable to know which search terms produced a number of results, yet didn't trigger users to select any of them? There is a high cost to NOT finding information, and this feature shows whether the results you present are attractive or transparent enough for users to investigate them. It is an invitation to do some usability testing on your site, to make a Search Header that will make it easier for users to make a selection, or to re-evaluate what it is you want users to see.

Top Links Chosen
The Top Links Chosen page shows a list of the search result pages most often selected by users. For each page, the URL and the number of times that a link to that page was followed are shown.

Search Trends
The Search Trends page in BehaviorTracking automatically points out changes in content popularity and users' interests, and ranks in increasing and decreasing order for easy review. The words and terms listed here may not be the most popular ones, but merely terms that haven't been used before, or that have been searched for more - or less - than usual. It is an easy way to get an overview of consumer trends, within your target groups.

BehaviorMatch
BehaviorTracking learns from previous users. It automatically generates synonym search alternatives based on previous users' search terms. The alternative suggestions provide you with ideas on how to adjust bet bets, Ontolica Advertisement or just updating your SharePoint synonyms.
