SharePoint Administrators can now offer the ability to view SQL and Bamboo List Rollup data in SharePoint through a customizable, data view-like interface without having users purchase SharePoint Designer to create a data view. This also eliminates the chance of users potentially creating more issues with their ability to modify SharePoint pages using SharePoint Designer, resulting in less support calls from end users as well as providing them valuable functionality that increases productivity and communication.
For organizations who want to connect their existing line of business data to their SharePoint users, corporate SharePoint Administrators can easily create data views for SQL data, SharePoint Lists, and Bamboo List Rollup data views/forms allowing SharePoint users to work with data in a familiar environment and with familiar applications (i.e. Microsoft Excel).
Department Site Administrators who want to provide data views to their users quickly no longer need to request special software from IT Administrators to create those data views saving time and money.
