MailMerge Web parts for Windows Sharepoint Services V3.0 and MOSS 2007 allow you to merge Sharepoint list data into Microsoft Word documents.

Filter the connected list, select a stored Word document as a template and hit the button. You now have a single merged document available to print. All formatting is retained from the original template and each merged list item is separated by a page break.

MailMerge Word contains:
Word Single ?? Create a Word document merged to a single item
Word Bulk ?? Create a Word document merged to a connected list

MailMerge web parts allow you to lift stored data from a list and apply it to either a Word document, eMail Message or even an SMS Message. These messages can be sent to specific people or groups of people at the touch of a button. All this occurrs in Sharepoint without the need for third-party applications (the SMS web part does require a transport provider).
