AAOrgChartWebPart supports XML standard data format that can extracted from different databases (SQL, Oracle, DB2, and Access) or other files such as Excel. This allows organizations with different sizes be able to utilize their existing HR products (PeopleSoft, SAP) and provide input file for these web parts in XML format.
